Payment FAQ

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. At checkout, the credit card billing information you provide is processed through Authorize.net, one of several major billing portals used by internet merchants like Pin High, Inc.

Your payment transaction is performed in a completely secure and encrypted environment. Pin High, Inc. cannot see your credit card number nor can it be captured or saved in any fashion.

After your transaction is completed (either approved or not approved) we can review your transaction detail but we are only able to see the last four digits of your card number.

We do not have the ability to charge any additional activity to your card account but do retain limited capabilities to:

VOID a transaction (within the first 24 hours)
or
Issue full or partial credit to your card account (if 1 or more days later.)
